How long will it take to receive my order?

How much does shipping cost?

Standard delivery in the UAE is AED 25. We offer free delivery on orders above AED 300.

How do I qualify for free delivery?

We offer free standard delivery on all orders above AED 300. No code needed—this is applied automatically at checkout.

Do you ship outside the UAE?

We currently only ship within the UAE, but we’re working on expanding across the GCC—stay tuned!

I entered the wrong delivery address—what should I do?

No worries! Our courier will contact you to confirm your delivery details before dispatch. If you realize there’s a mistake, you can correct it directly with them at that time. For any urgent updates, feel free to email us at hello@onaturelboutique.com and we’ll do our best to assist.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return a product?

Yes, returns are accepted within 7 days if the product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Just email us at hello@onaturelboutique.com to request a return. For more information, please consult or Return & Refund Policy page.

What if my product arrived damaged?

If your item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours at hello@onaturelboutique.com and we’ll take care of it.

Where do your products come from?

All of our products are sourced directly from the brands or their official distributors. We guarantee authenticity and compliance with UAE regulations, so you can shop with complete peace of mind.

Are your products safe for pregnancy and breastfeeding?

Some of our products are suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding—we mark them clearly with icons on each product page. These selections are made based on our internal quality charter and information provided by the brands. For any specific concerns, we always recommend consulting your doctor.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Many of our products are vegan and all brands we carry are cruelty-free. You’ll find this information on the product page under icons or description.

Do you offer samples?

We include samples whenever possible, depending on availability. Some of the niche, independent brands we work with don’t produce samples due to the high production costs. Please note that samples are selected by our team and cannot be chosen at checkout. Ifyou’re curious about a specific product, feel free to reach out—we’ll do our best!
