Order Processing

We aim to dispatch standard orders placed before 3 PM within 1 business day.

Delivery typically takes 1–2 business days, depending on your location and the timing of your order. Please note that these are estimated timelines and may be affected by public holidays, peak periods, or remote area addresses.

Note: There are no deliveries on Sundays or UAE public holidays.

Delivery & Shipping Costs

We currently ship across the United Arab Emirates.

Standard Delivery

  • AED 25
  • Delivered in 1-2 business days
  • Orders placed before 3 PM are typically delivered the next working day
  • Free standard delivery on all orders above AED 300

Same-Day Delivery (Dubai Only)

  • AED 35
  • Available for orders placed before 12 PM (Dubai addresses only)
