Apply every morning and/or evening.

1. In the morning, or at night after cleansing, apply a toner or facial mist to rebalance the skin
2. If using a serum, apply it first and let it absorb
3. Warm a pea-sized amount between your fingertips and press gently into the face, neck and décolleté using light circular movements
4. If using also a face oil, apply it after the cream
5. In the morning, finish with SPF

Can I use it if I have rosacea or reactive skin?
Yes. We recommend choosing the fragrance-free version. Both versions are enriched with lemon balm and orange blossom hydrosols, which help calm reactive and rosacea-prone skin. The fragrance-free version goes a step further by removing all added perfume, making it the gentler choice for skin that tends to flush or react.

Can I use it during pregnancy or while breastfeeding?

Does this replace my SPF?
No. The prickly pear in this cream has been shown in independent studies to help protect skin cells against UV-induced damage, but it is not a sunscreen and does not replace one. We recommend applying SPF every morning after your moisturiser.

Both, ideally. In the morning for daily hydration and protection; in the evening to support skin repair and regeneration overnight.
